Operator

The site and the casino platform are operated by Dreamline Ventures S.R.L., a company incorporated in Costa Rica. Registering an account creates a contract with this company, which is also the controller of your personal data and the business responsible for paying out your winnings.

Support works in writing, by e-mail or chat. Formal complaints go through the same channels, which gives both sides a clear record of every request and every answer.

Licence and regulation

Our online gaming activity is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. The licence covers casino games and sports betting on this platform, and the regulator oversees matters such as fair play, the handling of player funds and the treatment of complaints.

Licences we do not hold

We want to be clear about this. Betscore Casino holds no licence from any national gambling regulator, and that includes both the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority.
